3.7 IfcPropertySet (buildingSMART standaard)
Bij export naar IFC is het belangrijk dat objecten voorzien zijn van gestandaardiseerde PropertySets (Psets) zoals gedefinieerd door buildingSMART. Deze standaard zorgt voor:
- uniforme datakwaliteit,
- correcte interpretatie door andere software,
- en betere bruikbaarheid voor analyses, clashdetectie en beheer.
🔍 Wat controleert deze regel?
Deze regel controleert of het IFC-model alleen PropertySets bevat die voorkomen in de officiële lijst van buildingSMART (IFC 2x3 / IFC 4).

De volledige lijst wordt vergeleken met de PropertySets aanwezig in het model.
🚫 Waarom zijn niet-standaard Psets ongewenst?
- Ze worden niet altijd herkend door IFC-viewers of analysetools
- Ze kunnen conflicteren met standaarden voor OTL, COBie of BCF-uitwisseling
- Ze ondermijnen hergebruik van data in beheer, onderhoud en kostenanalyses

Verzamel de lijst met gebruikte PropertySets in het IFC-bestand
(bijv. via Solibri, BIMcollab Zoom of via een exporter-logbestand) -
Vergelijk deze met de buildingSMART-lijst
→ Niet-herkende Psets moeten worden hernoemd, verwijderd of verplaatst -
Stel de IFC-export opnieuw af
- Controleer mapping van shared/project parameters naar Psets

Gebruik officiële Revit exporter (bv. Autodesk’s open source IFC-exporter)

Her-exporteer het model en valideer het opnieuw
